At this time, transportation services are not included as part of my services. I am continuing to grow my business and will review additional coverage options as my services expand.

I understand the importance of trust and peace of mind when welcoming someone into your home or supporting a loved one. My goal is to provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate support for every client.
Are evenings and weekends available?
Evenings: Yes. I offer evening companionship and support services starting at 5:00 PM.
Evening visits are ideal for clients who prefer assistance later in the day, need companionship after regular business hours, or have family members who are unavailable until the evening.
Evening appointments are subject to availability, so I recommend booking in advance whenever possible.
Weekends: Yes. I understand that life doesn’t always fit into a Monday-to-Friday schedule. That’s why I offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments whenever possible.
Whether you need companionship, assistance with errands, accompaniment to an appointment, or short-term support, I’ll do my best to accommodate your preferred day and time.
Because evening and weekend appointments are in high demand, I recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
How do I book your services?
Getting started is easy! Simply contact me by phone, email, or through the contact form on my website to discuss your needs.
We’ll have a friendly conversation about the type of support you’re looking for, answer any questions you may have, and determine which service or package is the best fit for you or your loved one.
From there, we’ll schedule a time that works for you and begin providing the companionship and support you need.
What are your travel fees?
Travel fees may apply depending on the client’s location and the distance required to provide services.
I aim to keep my services accessible while ensuring that travel time and related costs are fairly considered. Please refer to my Service Area Policy for more details regarding service locations and any applicable travel fees.
During the consultation, we will review your location and confirm any fees before services begin. My goal is to provide reliable, consistent, and personalized support while creating a service arrangement that works well for everyone.

Can family members book on behalf of a loved one?
Yes, family members can contact me and help arrange services on behalf of a loved one.
However, the senior’s comfort, preferences, and agreement are always important. Before services begin, I will take the time to connect with the senior to ensure they understand the support being offered and that they are comfortable moving forward.
My goal is to provide respectful and personalized support that honours the senior’s independence, choices, and dignity while working together with family members when appropriate.
Do you provide medical care?
No. I do not provide medical care, nursing services, or personal care such as bathing, dressing, medication administration, or medical treatments.
My role is to offer non-medical companionship and practical day-to-day support. This may include friendly visits, conversation, accompaniment to appointments, running errands, light household assistance, meal preparation, grocery shopping, technology help, organization, and other everyday tasks that help clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.
If a client requires medical or personal care services, I recommend working with a qualified healthcare provider or home care agency in addition to companionship services.
Can you stay with me or my loved one in the hospital?
Yes. Whether you are facing a hospital stay yourself or arranging support for a loved one, I can provide non-medical companionship during your time in the hospital.
I offer a calm, reassuring presence, friendly conversation, assistance with non-medical needs, and emotional support while you wait for tests, recover after a procedure, or simply don’t want to be alone. If requested, I can also provide updates to family members or a designated contact.
Hospital accompaniment is included with the Premium Package. It can also be booked as a standalone service or added to other companionship packages for an additional fee. The cost depends on the number of hours requested and availability, including evenings and weekends.
Do you provide transportation?
At this time, I do not offer transportation services.
I am fully insured to provide non-medical companionship and support services in clients’ homes and other agreed-upon locations. As my business continues to grow, I hope to expand my services to include transportation in the future.
